Shree Deshpande

Shree Deshpande is an associate analyst at NanoMarkets.  He has extensive global experience in specialty chemicals and electronic materials industry serving Fortune 500 customers in photolithography and semiconductor manufacturing as well as in printed and flexible electronics for smart windows, displays, thin film solar, touch screens, and medical sensors.  He has assumed diverse responsibilities when he was at Brewer Science Inc., as new product development team lead, as Business Development Manager to develop strategic partnerships and joint development programs, and as Global Marketing Manager. Most recently he served as Director of Sales for North America at Flexvue, Solutia Inc.

 

Shree obtained a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry with emphasis on Photo-Conducting Polymers from the University of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma and an Executive MBA from Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He is the principal author and investigator on several publications and patents related to photo-conducting polymers and electronic materials for sub 120 nm photolithography for semiconductor manufacturing.  Shree has also presented at several international technical conferences such as SPIE and IMEC’s Annual Lithography Symposium.  In 2005, he served as the Chairman of Strategic Materials Conference (SMC) organized by SEMI.
