Employment Opportunities

NanoMarkets is a leading publisher of market analysis reports that identify and forecast new business opportunities in markets related to advanced materials and emerging energy and electronics markets.  Our areas of interest include OLED materials and organic electronics; novel lighting technologies; emerging solar panel technologies including building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV); smart glass and windows; and novel agrochemicals  and biomaterials, among others.  Major clients include technology companies, Fortune 500 manufacturers, and the investment community.

We are currently seeking Senior Associate Analysts to research and write content for our reports and help develop new research opportunities. The successful candidate will have a stellar academic background and a strong understanding of and interest in technology-driven markets.  The emphasis at NanoMarkets is on business analysis and identifying market opportunities and the successful candidate must feel confident to express his or her opinions on where money will be made in the markets covered and not just express the conventional wisdom.

The successful candidate will be an efficient writer who can author documents on a tight schedule. In addition, he or she will be expected to work closely with our business development team.  He or she must therefore also possess demonstrated entrepreneurial skills to help grow the business.

The successful candidate will also be expected to produce regular promotional articles and blogs for the NanoMarkets Web site as well as take part in Webinars and teleconferences to promote NanoMarkets’ products.  In addition, we expect NanoMarkets’ analysts to actively develop a database of contacts for both business development and research purposes.

NanoMarkets analysts typically have a background as analysts at leading industry analysis firm or as business development with a major materials or electronics firm.  No permanent relocation is required, and initially the position may be part time, but the analyst must be U.S. based.  Please send cover letter, resume and a writing sample to [email protected]

Resumes without a cover letter explaining why you would like this position will not be considered.  No calls.
